Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all custom rolling papers or accessories are protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a trackable carrier to our warehouse address provided in the confirmation email.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
